Our beans come mainly from the Mekong Delta, often called the "Little Venice" of Asia.
We work closely with small family plantations who cultivate their beans with the greatest care. Each tree is always carefully selected, grafted, cultivated and maintained, which helps preserve the unique flavor of the beans. The terroir of this region is ideal for growing Trinitario cocoa. The low pH of the soil gives cocoa its delicious acidity.
Thanks to our unique Cacao-Trace fermentation process, we have managed to preserve the natural acidity of the Trinitario bean and awaken the unique flavors it contains. Our local fermentation experts in the province of Bê'n Tre always guarantee the full expression of the flavor of the bean.
