   Inspired by Belgian artist René Magritte and his famous Son of Man , this hat-shaped praline embodies the mystery and avant-garde spirit of surrealist art. Made of milk chocolate and filled with Jack Daniel's apple whiskey ganache, it is decorated in black and green with natural cocoa butter, evoking the understated elegance of a gentleman.

2. The Stede Bonnet Praline (The Golden Nugget)
   Inspired by Stede Bonnet, the "gentleman pirate," this raw, golden praline embodies the contrast between refinement and audacity. Bonnet, a wealthy landowner in Barbados, left his comfortable life on a whim to become a pirate. With his high social status and initially elegant approach, he distinguished himself from other pirates, earning the nickname "the gentleman pirate." Yet he quickly adopted the practices of piracy, even associating with figures like Blackbeard.

   Crafted from 38% Costa Rican milk chocolate, this golden praline evokes the richness and duality of Bonnet. It contains a rare rum ganache aged in barrels for 20 years, for a tasting marked by intensity and complexity. Its golden exterior and raw texture recall the splendor and ambiguity of his career, for an experience where prestige and character intertwine, like a true gentleman pirate.

3. The Hercule Poirot Praline
   In homage to the famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot, this sophisticated moustache-shaped praline is dressed in deep, naturally coloured dark chocolate. Its centre is a crème de cassis ganache, Poirot’s favourite liqueur, offering a rich and bold combination of flavours, while capturing the character’s enigmatic and elegant spirit.
