Belgian chocolate & French Chardonnay

Chocolate in a Bottle Chocolate in a Bottle was created with the idea of mixing Belgium's most famous product chocolate, and France's most famous product wine.
Chardonnay grapes are traditionally vinified into a beautiful, classic sparkling wine.
The vineyards have a sandy bottom with slate and are 11 km from Perpignan.

Warning: To have the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée "Champagne", the grapes must come from the Champagne region, which is in the north of France. Apart from the territory, there are other reasons why bottled chocolate does not have AOC status.
